Catering

As an independent catered chalet operator, I do all the catering myself. I concentrate on providing good home cooking and plenty of it. Nothing can spoil a holiday quite like poor food or lack of it. I love cooking and am continually developing the menus, partly for my own interest and for the benefit of repeat clients.

Breakfast consisting of cereals, porridge, French baguette, butter, spreads, boiled eggs, orange juice, tea and coffee. Occasionally french toast, croissants & pain chocolate for variety.

Afternoon tea will be laid out for you, on your return from your day on the hill, put the kettle on and help yourself to freshly baked cakes or biscuits, French baguette, butter and jam.

Evening meal consists of 3 courses of hearty, home cooking with flowing wine.

Please note that I will have one well earned day off a week. On this day breakfast will be self service and in the evening you will be able to sample one of the many restaurants in town. Having spent over ten years in the valley I can tell you where the best places are to eat and even book a restaurant on your behalf.
