Below is a selection of courses we recommend based on feedback from clients in the chalet who have been on them. For course dates see the Events Calendar or use the grid at the bottom of the page.

  • Ski Performance for Mountaineers – This course is four half days of instruction in a maximum group size of 6. Run by Off Piste Tree skiingPerformance in conjunction with BASS Chamonix. Emphasis is on skiing and not mountain awareness or rescue from avalanche or crevasse.

You get a couple of days with the instructor and a couple with the guide then a day with both. The course aims are to develop your off-piste skiing ability and also your mountain skills to be able to access areas safely (including glacial terrain). There will be some ski touring skills involved too but not all the time.
