La Flegere is on the south facing slopes of the Chamonix Valley and gets a lot of sun. A couple of black runs and lots of reds, it has quite challenging terrain. There is a great green run here and a couple of restaurant options so is good for beginners getting off the nursery slopes.

La Flegere also give access to some amazing off piste and ski touring. Be warned, there are cliff faces and the off-piste is difficult to learn as over half is not visible from the lift system.

La Flegere is easily accessible by bus and by train though it is worth getting there early as the lift from the valley floor is slow and queues can build up mid morning.
