Last week in the chalet we had a really interesting and enthusiastic chap, Jamie, who came out with his Dad on a BASS Off Piste Course. Jamie is a Scottish custom ski maker with some beautiful hand-made skis, Lonely Mountain Skis. Just wish they had been my length so I could have taken them for a slide.
Managed to get a couple of runs with Jamie in Courmayeur and the skis were definitely not holding him back.
