Christmas Day on the slopes

Finally there was a break in the weather and we could see the mountains.  Headed up to Le Tour with our great friends for a slide in the sun and Lunch at the Passon Restaurant near the bottom of the cable car.  The pistes were in amazing condition with soft grippy snow to dig those edges in to. The off piste had a crust to it and strangely enough most were leaving it well alone.  Occasionally one could spot a venturesome individual from a chair lift floundering around in the off piste picking up the kit which was strewn over the hillside.  Fear not as another does of snow will bring it all back into condition.
