Two countries and some Powder
Sunday took us up to Le Brevent. Got on the lift at the bottom in the pouring rain and got off the top in a snow blizzard. From then on things just got better. The snow abated, the sun shone and we found enough soft fluffy stuff to play about with some carefully selected off-piste.
Monday we headed to Le Tour after more rain in town overnight. The only lifts open were the gondola from the valley and the 4 man chair above that. Having said that we did not have to queue at all, the pistes were great and we found some cheeky stashes of powder which nobody else wanted to play with.

Tuesday we headed through the tunnel to Courmayeur, Italy to reward ourselves with pistes, prosecco and pizza. The food and drink were great but the pistes were quite firm. Not ideal on a snowboard.
