Testing out new puddings

A summer of testing new recipes, both on ourselves and visitors in the Pyrenees.  Having loads of fun with new starters, canapes, mains and also deserts.  We think the guests at the beginning of this winter will be guinea pigs for some of our creations in order to get feedback.  Let’s see how they go down?
