New opening date is now 13th December.
Once again Courmayeur have delayed opening the lift system due to insufficient snowfall in the last week or so. Chamonix has had mild weather and the temperature has not been low enough even to make snow. Storms are forecast for the end of the week. Hopefully that should make a difference.
Time to get out the winter wardrobe!
