The weather yesterday was complete cloud everywhere. And although the forecast today was better; it was pretty much the same. A brief patch of blue sky first thing in the morning instilled a false hope so we headed to Grands Montets.
We managed a couple of Bochards and literally followed the piste markers down. Played in the trees for a while on the lower slopes and manged a Hearse lift in half decent light. Even in poor visibility it is amazing how quickly Grands Montets gets tracked out after fresh snowfall.
Not really a day for getting the camera out but did snap people on the chair lift riding up from the bottom. People do pull some funny expressions.
