Skied at Le Brevent this morning. Yesterday was shopping for food down the valley so we did not ski but apparently it rained to the top of the Col Cornu chair lift. The piste bashers had groomed the pistes perfectly and we could not believe how quiet the slopes were before the mobs arrived about 11:30am.
Off piste was wet snow but still skiable in places though the best skiing was definitely on piste.
The top of Le Brevent was closed first thing but we were fortunate enough to be in the first gondola once they let skiers up. Again the groomers were in perfect condition, so we just had to do it again.
